Together Drawing 0.35
Together Drawing 0.35
A free, open-source drawing tool for solo sketches or drawing with up to four friends. Open a room, share its link or QR code, draw, and save.
One download, two modes: Drawing and Animation. Animation has six host-assigned layers, onion skin, loop playback, 1–30 fps and up to 96 frames. Save an editable project, PNG, or PNG frame sequence.
Pressure-sensitive brushes, stabilization, layers with blend modes and hide/show, lasso selection and fill, image paste/import, free transform and a simple nine-point mesh. Ribbon brushes accept up to eight image tips with sequence/random order, size and rotation variation. Native Clip Studio .sut and Photoshop .abr compatibility is not supported.
WEB: Try solo drawing or animation here. Multiplayer needs a Windows or Android host; open the host invitation in a new tab.
WINDOWS x64: Unzip and run START.cmd for Internet sharing, LOCAL.cmd for local drawing, or HOST-LAN.cmd for Wi-Fi hosting. Node.js is included. Internet invitations use a temporary Cloudflare tunnel; availability is not guaranteed.
ANDROID: Direct-install test APK with same-Wi-Fi hosting. Not an app-store release.
iPHONE / iPAD: Developer source only, not an installable app. Requires Mac and Xcode. Safari and real-device validation are pending; no release date is guaranteed.
English interface; short English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Korean manual included. Save before closing: rooms are not permanent storage. This is a small experimental project for casual drawing, learning and short loops; long online sessions and every device are not fully tested. Ongoing updates are not promised.
Free and open source. Source is included in the Windows ZIP; forks and modifications are welcome under the included licenses. Drawing engines: Klecks (MIT). See the manual and licenses for dependencies and references. Developed with AI assistance; there is no AI image-generation feature.
A note from the creator — please remix it!
Major overhauls, forks and your own uploads are actively encouraged. This free project brings together ideas and code already available in open-source projects. I do not have the capacity or technical expertise to promise substantial updates or long-term support, which is one reason I am offering it for free.
I made this tool simply for the joy of drawing together and trying animation with other people. Have fun with it! Feel free to take it apart, change it, use it and redistribute your own version under the included licenses. If you would like to improve it and publish your own build, you are welcome to do so.
I intend to release it on Google Play, the Apple App Store and Steam. Steam developer registration was only started on September 29, 2026, so that release is still some way off. These are plans, not available store releases or promised dates. Once available, I hope you will enjoy drawing with friends and communities there. Steam friend integration is not available in this release.
Please credit the original projects, source code and contributors you use. Attribution is warmly encouraged, and any copyright notices, license texts and other requirements of the included open-source licenses must be preserved.Together Drawing 0.35
